Task bar behavior settings are just "Left" and "Center"

Hi,I am still waiting for the settings to be available on windows 10 to move task bar "UP" with "Center" or "Left" options .Currently it is still left and center at bottom.&nbsp;

Abdul Farooque&nbsp;There is currently no project to change these settings!Of course, I agree that it is needed!
