Task bar behavior settings are just "Left" and "Center"

Hi, I am still waiting for the settings to be available on windows 10 to move task bar "UP" with "Center" or "Left" options . Currently it is still left and center at bottom.

    There is currently no project to change these settings!

    Of course, I agree that it is needed!
