Startup repair did not work for repairing my pc

I downloaded all of the optional updates for my computer and after restarting it, it gave be the blue error screen and boot loops my computer. How can I recover the two files as well as fixing my computer to stop bootlooping?

      Not recommended unless other solutions failed.

    1. You may need to perform a clean installation of Windows.
    2. Use a Windows installation media (USB drive or DVD) to reinstall.
    3. During install, choose Custom: Install Windows only.
    4. You can format the system partition, but your files might be lost unless you recover them beforehand.

  • Go to Advanced options. See if you've option to uninstall updates. Uninstall the updates, you just installed after which issue started. Restart, and you should be able to boot normally.

    Run CHKDSK.

    CHKDSK can help identify and fix file system errors, which might be preventing your PC from booting.
