Startup repair did not work for repairing my pc
I downloaded all of the optional updates for my computer and after restarting it, it gave be the blue error screen and boot loops my computer. How can I recover the two files as well as fixing my com...
1. You may need to perform a clean installation of Windows.
2. Use a Windows installation media (USB drive or DVD) to reinstall.
3. During install, choose Custom: Install Windows only.
4. You can format the system partition, but your files might be lost unless you recover them beforehand.
