Screen Freezing and Glitching Upon Waking from Sleep Mode
Hello,
I have encountered a persistent problem with my new laptop. It is a Chinese model featuring an Intel i7-1280P processor, 16GB DDR4 RAM in single channel configuration, and a 1TB SSD. Upon waking the laptop from sleep mode, the screen freezes and sometimes even displays glitches (see video: VID_20240105_005729393~2.mp4). The only solution is to perform a forced shutdown.
I have diligently explored various troubleshooting avenues:
- In the Event Viewer, the only critical error message I have found pertains to the system rebooting without a clean shutdown.
- I conducted a thorough memtest on the RAM, but it yielded no issues.
- I even resorted to a complete reinstallation of Windows 11, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue.
I am open to redoing these steps or any other suggestions you may have. This is my initial post, so please let me know any additional details you require for assistance. Thank you.
