Nothing on my laptop works

Question

Hello smart people of this community.&nbsp;I have a problem. When I log in on my laptop, and enter the homescreen. The taskbar doesn’t work and neither does anything else.&nbsp;the only working commands are:ctrl+alt+deleteWindows key + R (only for 10 seconds, after that it resets)&nbsp;does anyone know how I fix this issue?

Try performing Clean Boot and you may open msconfig from Windows Key+ R:

And see if the problem persists?
If not, enable services one by one to see which one causing this problem.
