Nothing on my laptop works
Hello smart people of this community. I have a problem. When I log in on my laptop, and enter the homescreen. The taskbar doesn’t work and neither does anything else. the only working command...
Try performing Clean Boot and you may open msconfig from Windows Key+ R:

And see if the problem persists?
If not, enable services one by one to see which one causing this problem.
