Same for me... On my custom PC it wont install (since 3 or 4 slow ring windows updates) but on my HP Envy laptop it work very well for each build

Same for me... it gets only as far as the initial windows logo ... no circular moving icon... and hangs there. Even the 3-finger salute will not reboot it, but on a forced reboot it returns immediately to 18342 version.
