Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.18356.16 (19h1_release) x86 is not installing
Same for me... it gets only as far as the initial windows logo ... no circular moving icon... and hangs there. Even the 3-finger salute will not reboot it, but on a forced reboot it returns immediately to 18342 version.
