- Please run Windows Update troubleshooter from Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

Hi I am using Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Evaluation copy - Build 22494 rs_prerelease 211029-1421
Windows update got stuck at 49% -- Installing Windows 11 Insider Preview 25140.10000(rs_prerelease)
- try to download the latest version of ISO then using it to upgrade. You can download from WIP official sites.
