Message that, A newer build is available in Windows Update but Windows update does not show it.
Hello, I have just installed Windows 11 Insider build 22000.176, but I do not see build 22449. But in the Insider settings It says, that there is newer build available, but there is nothing in the Windows update even after checking for updates.

Have you tried Settings> Privacy & Security>Diagnostics and Feedback> Enable Send Optional Diagnostic Data?
You might want to turn off or disable any privacy bolstering settings or apps you might have implemented. They tend to disable the above setting. Good luck!

I just had the same problem, and was also missing all the Windows Insider Programme settings, so I couldn't try switching channels, etc. I was able to solve both problems using these steps. Basically, run these commands in CMD then reboot:
bcdedit /set flightsigning on
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} flightsigning on
