Mail apps crash on windows

Hello, my mail apps (Outlook and Thunderbird) regularly crash on my PC. It happens after a while, and it is systematic after sleep. The apps work fine after restart. I though it was because my PC losts its Wifi connection (though I did not observe any loss of connection in my web browser; and it does not happen on my other PC). I deactivated SMPS in my Wifi card but it did not solve the issue. What should I do? I am on build 26200.7019. Thanks for your help

Thanks! However, this does not happen after sleep mode but also while I am working on my PC without going into sleep mode. It is weird. Any solution?

Thanks much. However, it does not only happen when my PC wakes up after sleep mode. It happens after a while I am working on my computer. I have to restart it regularly if I want access to Outlook and Thunderbird, the other apps keeping working. It's weird...

I'm also a Windows user and I have seen this happen a few times. It's a windows power or driver issue after the PC wakes from sleep. you can update your Wi-Fi driver. Outdated drivers can cause Outlook or Thunderbird to crash after sleep.
And also try to turning off Fast Startup. Go to Control Panel → Power Options → Choose what the power buttons do → Change settings that are currently unavailable, then uncheck Turn on fast startup.
Else you can go through the official documentation https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/shut-down-sleep-or-hibernate-your-pc-2941d165-7d0a-a5e8-c5ad-8c972e8e6eff?utm_source=chatgpt.com
