Low audio volume in 23H2

Now that you say it, I've noticed the same.
I have all my devices turned up to the maximum and I suddenly had difficulty hearing and understanding people I task with on Discord. I would say its about 15% more quiet.

- I can at least confirm that after installing EqualizerAPO and increasing the preamp setting on it, everything's back to normal.
