Let USER pin Custom App Menus to "Task bar"

This is more of a SUGGESTION than a question (Annoyed with new windows 11 start menu and the removal of my menu groups - lost time with a work around).

HERE'S An Idea... since we can pin just about anything to the task bar. Allow users to pin custom App/Program menus to the task bar.  I (and others discussing this in my circle) could use that functionality more than pinning some folder or (multiple) applications to the task bar. AND custom app menus on the task bar brings back some semblance of "Grouping apps" and "order in the universe".
