I have been getting this error code 0xC1900101 to windows 11

I have been getting this error code 0xC1900101 to windows 11 and I have tried al most every, well most of the troubleshooting option I know and yet window will give me a green screen.

What I tried so far:

Made sure that my device has over 200GB free space.

Run Windows Update a few times. (I even had to reinstall Windows 10 V.21H1 with the ISO file 2 days ago)

Checked third-party drivers and download any updates. (No updates found or pending)

Unplugged all external hardware.

Check Device Manager for errors. (No errors found )

Removed third-party security software.

Repair hard-drive errors. (No errors found)

Dome a clean restart into Windows.

Restore and repair system files.

Tried the GET HELP APP
Did run All the below:

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

chkdsk/f C:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow

Any help will be much appreciated.

So I have the same problem. Im getting to the point where the installation is going to start after a couple of reboots.
Ive read that if you play csgo you may have installed the esportal client. This is one issue that can cause this problem. I also read that it can have to do with outdated bios or other drivers, such as gpu.
Ive got a TUF gaming z490 plus motherboard, rtx 3080 and an i5 10600k fyi.
Im going to try this when i come home from work and let you know the result.

Same problem after Windows 11 preview from Beta canal installation on my ext SSD Samsung T5 250 Go system disk. Experienced several W10 Family updates on the same volume without any Pbs. Same bug on the Dev canal issue precedently. Could it be the same preview version?

In case you are connected to the internet, this issue will be reported.
You may open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
It is Dev build and such errors and problems are expected but data will be collected and with the help of your report, the Windows team will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
