    Probably best to open a support ticket on your Microsoft 365 tenant, provide the correlation ID and Microsoft support will be able to see the exact reason for the error ke1234567890

    yes. Same for all users except me.
    Some are global administrators. I have a Plan 5 license.

    By the way, the first thing I noticed was when I tried to create a project in Team from Project in the Teams tab. In this case, instead of saying that the group cannot be created, after a screen that looks like it could be created appears, [The project was not found. 】have become. I thought it was strange, and when I opened it from the web version of Project and created a new project → added a user or added a project to a team, the error message appeared.

        All users with the same license can create new projects,

        but the same error occurs and they cannot add people or teams, so only one person can use it.
