Win10 File Explorer automatically sorted the files when a new file was added. How do I have Win11 File Explorer sort automatically when a new file is added?

After you've added a new file to the folder, you can manually refresh the view by pressing F5. This action will refresh the folder, and if sorting is applied, it will re-sort the files according to the selected criterion.

Click on the "Sort by" option at the top of the File Explorer window (it shows as "Sort" with a dropdown arrow). You can choose to sort by Name, Date Modified, Type, Size, etc. Alternatively, right-click inside the folder, navigate to Sort by, and select your preferred sorting method.

Both your methods are manual. OP asked how to sort automatically after creating a new file. For example if there is some setting for this.
Though in some other forum I read that this is actually a bug that influences only some people.
