Can't update the build 17017.1000 (rs_prerelease)
Hello Windows Insiders!
When a new build 17017.1000 (rs_prerelease) I get the message '' An update is being prepared for your device, but it's not quite ready yet. We'll keep trying or you can try again now.'' (with error 0x80240034)
It looks like this bug is similar to the previous build that I posted (Can not update the build 16288.1 (rs3-release)).
I am getting the same exact error.
so, after digging a bit, i found some errors in the log in SoftwareDistrobution:

Same---tried all the usual tricks of running troubleshooter, stopping and retstarting service etc.
Ran update troubleshooter after cold boot. Seems to be installing now at 23%
Everything went well either because the servers cleared or because of my running the troubleshooter and restarting.
