cant leave windows insider

i ve been using Dev channel for awhile but now i want to leave the insider programme and have the ordinary windows 11 without deleting my current data ,but every time i try to leave the insider programme it says that my email is not registered under insider though its is, is there a solution?help is needed ASAP as it says that the current version of windows is going to expire soon
