Cannot download Windows 11 ARM Insider Preview ISO
Hello, I have an error message with text "We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID aa59fe15-22a5-4555-9ade-d3f261602782." after click on download button "Windows Client ARM64 Insider Preview - Build 22579" on https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewARM64 page

- For anyone else who is still having this problem, I recommend creating a Microsoft account and signing up for the Insider program. I figure the problem might be that the download is only exclusive to those who are part of the Insider program, and access from accounts that are not a part of Insider is denied. It explains the error messages when I repeatedly tried downloading it before without signing up for Insider, but the error completely disappearing after signing up. I could be wrong, but do try this as it worked for me.

Looks like this has been a problem for a long time.
- Same error. I need to download it but every time receiving "We encountered a problem with your request". I've also tried to change my network or use a VPN but same result.
