Cannot download Windows 11 ARM Insider Preview ISO

For anyone else who is still having this problem, I recommend creating a Microsoft account and signing up for the Insider program. I figure the problem might be that the download is only exclusive to those who are part of the Insider program, and access from accounts that are not a part of Insider is denied. It explains the error messages when I repeatedly tried downloading it before without signing up for Insider, but the error completely disappearing after signing up. I could be wrong, but do try this as it worked for me.
