Black pop-up window appears when logging in to Windows account
Now, whenever I click on the account login on my computer, this happens: a pop-up window appears and then disappears in a flash. I have tried updating the system and checking the system integrity, but the problem still cannot be solved.

As it boots, press and hold the Shift key and click Restart (or power off and on three times to trigger WinRE).
Navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
After restart, press 4 to select Enable Safe Mode.
Check if the black window appears in Safe Mode. If not, the issue may relate to startup programs or drivers.
