Battery drain issue (1-2% per hour after shut down)

Hello, 

 

I have my new laptop - Asus TUF Gaming F15 2022.

spec as below - 

  • Intel® Core™ i7-12700H
  • Windows 11 Home

    I found out that battery is drained 1-2% every hour after shut down. 

    I have disabled the fast startup, Connected Standby / modern standby, shutdown using command prompthttps://windowsreport.com/battery-drain-shutdown/

     

    Anyone has other suggestion to deal with this issue? Thank you.

    Sw561380 Sometimes its the original and official company's fault because they didn't give you a new battery.

    I think I fixed it. Go into lockscreen settings and turn off that stupid "active background" lockscreen and change it to a fixed picture or pattern. I did that on two Windows 11 HP Laptops and it fixed the problem. Apparently, the MS engineer that wrote that particular code was a right idiot.

    Suggest you file a report with Feedback Hub app, and providing with details of your issue in order to let MS team to investigating this.
