After resetting Windows 11, it's stuck on 21H2 and won't update
After a system reset, my computer is stuck on Windows 11 21H2 and cannot receive any subsequent updates. The system prompts that important security updates are missing and suggests manually upgrading to version 22H2 or 23H2 (rather than updating directly to 24H2). I am looking for a viable upgrade solution.

Manually download and run the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, or use the Media Creation Tool and select Upgrade this PC to update directly to the latest version.

Your situation indicates that after a system reset, your Windows 11 installation is stuck on version 21H2 and cannot automatically update to newer versions like 22H2 or 23H2.
Hello,
You can try direct manual upgrade to latest version atm i.e. Windows 11 25H2 using ISO file.
Follow these steps:
Download Windows 11 25H2 ISO from the official Microsoft website.
Double click on it to mount it to a DVD drive.
Then go to DVD drive, double click on setup.exe to proceed.
Follow on-screen instructions to complete upgrade.
