How i will solution
@his update has disappeared from the update que and other updates are installing normally now for me?
I tried everything in this discussion thread and a few others as well. In the end, I did a full reinstall / reset using the cloud image of windows 11, and this has fixed the problem, it was a bit extreme, but I'd only had the install for about 4 months so I didn't loose too much. I imagine it will be a bigger problem for others.

Thanks but it still ain't workin I bet You need to restart your updates
Microsoft says sometimes it might be because of low storage or a peripheral device preventing the update or even a driver that has pending updates/issues... I don't truly know; this might be a common error or case-by-case basisIsmail_hossain
Apparently, Microsoft isn't watching our thread. Probably being discussed elsewhere. Enough people have mentioned the same problem here that this must be widespread.
