Windows 10 automatically downgrade from Enterprise to Pro
Windows 10 automatically downgrade from Enterprise to Pro. All users in the company are affected. E3 licenses are assigned. Can somebody help?
- Yup, I think so. Re-sign in with Azure AD credentials associated with a Windows 10 Enterprise E3 license.
Im also seeing this in my Tenancy. We connect to 2 Tenancies, both supply Licencing to there users. I have a feeling this might be why we are seeing random downgrades to Pro.. Its REALLY annoying.
To fix this, im having to go to Start-Settings-Accounts-Accesswork or school, Then remove the other Tenancy from the list. REBOOT. The the Windows Licence returns to Enterprise.
Im going to raise a ticket with MS to see if there is some log somewhere that can tell me What/Why this is changing because at the minute I have no idea..
