Windows 10 automatically downgrade from Enterprise to Pro

Windows 10 automatically downgrade from Enterprise to Pro. All users in the company are affected. E3 licenses are assigned. Can somebody help?

    Yup, I think so. Re-sign in with Azure AD credentials associated with a Windows 10 Enterprise E3 license.

KapilArya I don't have an original Enterprise edition unique product key, but use M365 E3 license. Do you think the license is not applied properly?

Yup, I think so. Re-sign in with Azure AD credentials associated with a Windows 10 Enterprise E3 license.
