Users always misconfigure Window 365 clients on mobile

Users are dumb and always misspell the long URL for the feed on mobile.  The configuration process requires too much user action compared to other VDI solutions.

 

  • Can we get an https://aka.ms shortened link for the Windows 365 feed URL? 
  • What about an Intune App Configuration policy for the RDP client so the users don't screw it up?
  • How about a purpose-built client instead of the RDP client to simplify things?

    You're asking the wrong question 🙂 This is already solved - you need to setup email based RDS feed discovery. That way URL is never needed - on a mobile in the RDP client users just click + to add workspace and use email address for URL discovery.
