Named user vs logged in user
Sorry, this is not a tech question, but I can't find the answer anywhere.. If my user has been given a cloud PC (named user) and does not log in at all, do they get billed? If not, what is the period...
- yes, you are billed even if you don't launch your Cloud PC. The charges are against the ownership of the license whether assigned or not. Just like a laptop if you purchase, if it sits on the shelf verses having someone use it, you are charged for the laptop.
