Multiple Language Installations of Office
I have a client's laptop in my shop and I notice there's multiple installations of different versions of Office in different languages. I don't think these are language packs, but maybe I'm wrong.
Can anyone advise please?

Odd. I left two replies and when I returned, both appear to have disappeared . . .

"Open Word and check File > Account for the product and activation status, then About Word for its build and 32-bit or 64-bit architecture."
Seems odd. See screenshot(s). Word reports it's part of Office 365 Enterprise, but when I check the user account (top right), this takes me to an Office 365 Basic subscription."Check File > Options > Language to see which display and proofing languages are actually configured."
Looks like the languages showing in Add/Remove Programs are those installed. - SyCompCopper Contributor
Thank you, in process of completing your instructions. Once done I'll report back, if that works for you?
I asked the client where she sourced this software and she reported that she'd "probably" purchased it at a "discount website" rather than directly from MS. Would that change your opinion at all?
The language suffixes in your screenshots indicate language-specific Office components, so they do not prove that every entry is a separate complete Office suite. However, the list also includes Microsoft 365 and Office Professional Plus 2021 entries; I would not assume everything is simply a language pack. Open Word and check File > Account for the product and activation status, then About Word for its build and 32-bit or 64-bit architecture. Check File > Options > Language to see which display and proofing languages are actually configured. A 16.0 version number alone cannot distinguish these products: Microsoft 365 and Office 2021 share that major version. Before removing anything, confirm the client’s licence and required languages, and back up their documents. If cleanup is needed, reinstall the licensed product with only the required languages, or have their deployment administrator remove specific language resources using the Office Deployment Tool.
