Getting the same error in Azure Network Connections over and over again
I have several Azure Network Connections in place and they seems to be working fine. But more than once per week I get the error in the attached screenshot. "The computer account <XXX> already exist in the domain"
After deleting that computer account from Active Directory and clicking Retry the problem disappears and it works for a few days. Them again the same error. When it happens it affects all the Azure Network Connections at the same time.
WRUPC - To be expected if the CPC-HtH* account is moved from the OU that is defined in the ANC to some other OU in the directory. When you said you deleted the object and the ANC completed, did you find the CPC-HtH* object in some other OU? Let's double check that someone or something programmatic isn't moving computer accounts out of the OU defined in the ANC.

- WRUPCBrass ContributorJeffBryant thanks for the help. Moving the deactivated account back to the proper OU did it. I will have to find out how the accounts are being moved out that OU in the first place. I am still not sure how Windows 365 uses those accounts.

Also, we can use audit logs to help us identify who might have moved the object. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/auditing/event-5139
