CPC and member accounts

Hello cimmunity.

We have recently engage a partner to help us upgrade some azure resources. We invited them as members, instead of guest accounts, so we can collaborate with them in a much better fashion. We thought it was possible to assign a W365 license to the account (which you can, and the CPC is provisioned) and allow them to use the Windows app and access the CPC using their own tenant and identities. Have any of you managed to make this work? is it possible?
