Can't provisioning WINDOW 365 Enterprise
After I create policy then apply policy already. I am waiting more than 1 hour but it' not finish. I'm test Intune by create VM then assign Intune are normal. Please suggest this issue. ...

Just checking that you have gone through all the pre-requirements document Azure Active Directory and Intune requirements:
Ensure that Intune device type enrollment restrictions are set to Allow Windows (MDM) platform for corporate enrollment.
Infrastructure configuration: You must configure your infrastructure to automatically hybrid Azure AD join any devices that domain join to the on-premises Active Directory. This configuration lets them be recognized and managed in the cloud.
Is the vNet ARM or classic? In W365 only supports ARM vNets
