365 Dedicated Best Practice and procedure for deployment

We are looking to leverage the 365 Boot Dedicated Mode once in GA. 

For now am searching for the most efficient setup method. We are looking to repurpose most of the current machines.

Would love to here how others are approaching and streamlining their deployments of the 365 Boot.
