Your PC is not fully backed up???
How to turn off this notification on my computer? I don't have plan to upgrade my OneDrive storage.
Keep in mind that disabling this notification doesn't mean you're not backing up your files at all. You can still manually initiate backups or set up a backup schedule using File History or other backup software if you choose to do so.
