Your account has been suspended for violating our Code of Conduct

I don't know where to turn. Microsoft support is here. My account was suspended at the server level at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/. I was careless enough to post the link. I admit my guilt. I won't do it again. How can I unblock it so I can respond to users? I can't create threads or reply; it says:

"You cannot take this action because your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Code of Conduct. Your account was manually reported or identified through automated detection before this action was taken. Please refer to our Code of Conduct for more information."
