Working with laptop closed

Hi,

I have my laptop hooked up to a monitor and always work with the laptop closed (I also have a work laptop in the same setup and use a KVM switch to toggle between the two).  I just installed the Windows 11, version 24H2 update on my personal laptop and now, when I come back to my desk or switch from my work laptop to my personal laptop, the laptop doesn't wake up when i move the mouse or tap a key on the keyboard.

The Windows 11, version 24H2 update seems to have changed a setting and I can't figure out how to fix the problem.

I have checked that the power settings ensure that the laptop never sleeps when plugged in, but that didn't solve the problem.

Does anyone know the solution?
