Work Headset not playing sound but otherwise works
Having a sudden issue with my work headset, a USB Plantronics C3220. It was working fine a few days ago but now it is not playing sound, despite the microphone and led lights on the in-wire controll...
Right click on the volume icon in the taskbar and select Open Volume Settings to make sure headphones are the default output device, then press Win+R, type cmd and run net stop audiosrv & net start audiosrv to reset the audio service, then update the graphics card driver.
