Unfortunately, you can't. This is a core Bluetooth limitation:
Headset Mode (HFP): Allows mic + audio, but quality is terrible (for calls).
Headphone Mode (A2DP): Provides high-quality audio but blocks the mic.
Your only real solutions are:
Use the USB Dongle: This is the intended way to get high-quality audio and mic simultaneously. Bluetooth mode on these headsets is primarily for mobile devices.
Buy a Bluetooth Transmitter: A special transmitter (like the Creative BT-W5) that supports newer codecs like LE Audio or aptX Adaptive with microphone passthrough can sometimes overcome this, but it's a paid hardware fix. Standard Windows Bluetooth lacks the necessary support.
