Wireless Gaming Headset Sounds Bad

I realize this is over a year later but I just went through the same issue with my Blackshark V3. I worked it out connecting the headset through bluetooth so it could find and recognize the microphone as an input. Then switched off the bluetooth setting on the headset. It toggled from bluetooth to hyperspeed wireless by pushing the power button once instead of holding it down. Hope this helps.
