WinRAR casued issue on Windows 11 after install

There is a visual bug in the context menu that appears occasionally, like 30% of the time. The menu appears with cut-out parts. I'm using a 4K monitor, scaled at 200%. I haven't noticed this issue on Full HD monitors yet.

    Not all applications are optimized for high DPI settings, particularly older software like WinRAR. This can result in graphical glitches, such as cut-out parts in context menus where the application doesn't render pixels correctly for the current scaling.
