windows11 thunderbolt network bridge does not work

I have two computers, both installed with Windows 11, and both have Thunderbolt. I use a Thunderbolt cable to connect two computers. I hope to enable the Thunderbolt network bridge, but nothing happens and ther is no new network adapter or network connection detected. If I use ubuntu, the two computer can set up a normal thunderbolt network bridge, so I don't think it's any hardware damage.
