Windows Windows 11 Update Stuck at 0% for Three Hours

My Windows 11 update has been stuck at 0% for over three hours, and there has been no progress or movement in the update process. I am concerned that the update might be frozen or stuck, and I am unsure of how to safely resolve this issue without causing further problems to my system.

    Looks like the update is not installing anymore.

    Can you restart the system and run Windows Update troubleshooter from Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

    See if it found and issue and fix them. Keep us posted!
