Windows Update
Hello I am new to this whole website I do apologize in advance if I am not supposed to post here but I need directions on where to get help. I was sent here by the Microsoft tech team regarding my issue which is not being able to update Windows. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and the error codes are (0x80073712) and (0x80070570).

If the computer meets the technical requirements - then the easiest way is to download the installation assistant Windows11 - let it prepare the installation components - without rushing, did you check it beforehand?
