windows support sends me here

my support # 7107091443    i required a new windows insider for 2 computers the tech had me download windows 11 insider preview client x64 en us 29

the windows update fails code 0x80070005 - 0x2000A The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT  operation

i submitted a pic was online for over 2 hours trying to fix this please email me mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons with any assistance with this matter

    The failure is occurring before the first boot, during Windows Setup’s SAFE_OS phase, so it is an upgrade/setup problem rather than an Insider enrollment problem. Error 0x80070005 usually indicates that Setup could not access a required file, service, or permission, but the phase detail is more useful than the code alone. First, back up the PC, disconnect nonessential USB devices, remove third-party antivirus or VPN software temporarily, install BIOS, storage, chipset, and graphics drivers, then restart. Mount the Insider ISO from within Windows and run Setup as an administrator; do not boot from it if you want an in-place upgrade. Ensure at least 30 GB is free. If it fails again, open Windows\Logs\SetupDiag\SetupDiagResults.xml or run Microsoft’s latest SetupDiag and note the final matching rule. Share that rule, Windows build from winver, Insider channel, and whether both PCs fail; those details determine the safe next fix.

      did as suggested failed to install 2x tried microsoft for support there refusing to assist as there calling this a windows insider issue and referring me back here I dont want to reset my computer again but it seems i am out of options i downloaded and tried to run the setup diag but nothing happened ? I am sick of getting expired build notices this is terrible support for windows ! I am beyond disgusted
