Same here, same issue. Windows spotlight not working on lock screen. Asset folder empty. I hope Microsoft is aware of this and issues a fix. After fresh installs of win 11 25h2 on 2 laptops and 1 desktop issue remains. I tried a different Microsoft account same issue. I even tried installing 23H2 and 24H2 all with same issues. This is definitely a Microsoft issue on there end. As no solutions work.
