Windows isn't recognizing any storage devices ?

Can anyone help me figure out why my Windows 10 PC isn't recognizing any storage devices, such as USB drives, external SSDs, or my camera for importing photos? I've tried several solutions I found online, but nothing seems to work. When I open Device Manager, the devices show up as 'Unknown Device.' I've attempted updating drivers and searching for new ones, but that hasn't resolved the issue.

Press Win+X to open Disk Management, right-click at the top of the list and select Rescan Disks, then Reset USB, run PowerShell as administrator, type “pnputil /scan-devices” and restart your computer, then you will have no problem, if not, check whether the SATA/USB interface is enabled or not in the BIOS, or try external hard disk enclosure to troubleshoot the hardware. If not, check if the SATA/USB interface is enabled in the BIOS, or you can connect an external hard disk enclosure to troubleshoot the hardware.
