Windows is still not able to display icons, why is that, and how can I fix it ?
I rebuilt the cache many times, and tried every voodoo command I found, but Windows 11 has never been able to display my icons properly.
The icons with the issue are RANDOM and CHANGING.

Sometimes, profile-specific corruption causes icon issues:
- Create a new user account:
- Settings > Accounts > Family & other users > Add account.
- Log into the new account and check if icons display properly.

It sounds like you're experiencing persistent icon display issues in Windows 11, despite rebuilding caches and trying various troubleshooting steps. Icon display problems can be caused by corrupted icon caches, display settings, driver issues, or system file problems.

Sometimes, user profile corruption causes display glitches:
Create a new user account and log in there.
Check if icons display properly in the new profile.
