Windows Defender states it took action against threats
Windows Defender quick virus scan displays a message stating that it took an action, but there is no evidence of anything in either the Scan History or in the Event Viewer.
Edit: Worth noting that this has been happening for months, and no matter what, nothing ever shows here.
Here's examples of issues coming up in Notifications, but not showing up in the Protection history:

Do you've Controlled folder access feature enabled in Windows Security? If yes, it might trigger these notifications when you access specific files/apps which Windows Security consider as a threat.
