I want to thank everyone for their replies and suggestions.
I will be installing Windows 10 available through a retail site on a Microsoft DVD.
The computer doesn't meet the Windows 11 specs, so that's out.
I read Windows 10 has an ESU program good through Oct. 2026, which I think will be good.
